REALM’s Managing Director, Ross Eva, has more than 30 years experience in the land development industry and is qualified as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and as a Civil Engineer. This dual qualification, together with the fact that he can provide informal planning advice, is very useful when discussing the value of a property, when and how it can be developed and the likelihood of a sale.

Ross has worked with developers, so he has firsthand knowledge of what they need to know when looking to purchase.

Ross is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and was the founder and inaugural President of the Association of Land Development Engineers in 1994. He has served on the residential and industrial committees of the Property Council and been an active corporate member of the Urban Development Industry of Australia.
